The goal of prividing rich experiences in food preparation and nutritional food tasting was HIGHLY successful. My students, ALL students, tried every taste test, including a special needs student who ha issues with food textures. . . I was able to incorporate (the lessons) easily into my across the curriculum goals and requirements. MOst of my students never thought of where products originate from.
